I've participated in many first aid courses and the CPR lesson with Peter today was one of the best. He made sure we understood what we were learning was for a potentially life-threatening situation, not just a piece of paper required by employers.

Shannon was a delight and made the CPR & first aid so much fun. I've done a few first aid courses back home in South Africa. My husband and I emigrated to Australia only a week ago and are seriously impressed! Thanks AWFA for the lovely experience!

Chris made the lesson fun and engaged all the students. There was a lot of hands on practice, and he was very happy to assist if you weren't 100% confident. I've done my first aid course numerous times, but he is by far the best trainer I've ever had.

Great trainers and convenient training locations. Constructive criticism given, to assist and improve my skills. Grace our trainer today was both proficient and efficient running the session, allowing opportunities for queries, while keeping the session running on time. Every time I do my renewal I learn something new (today it was about the first responder app, that shows where defibs are available near your location). It is also good to have CPR practice each year, to learn up to date processes.

Course was very interesting. Presenter was fun and engaging but still went straight to the point, with enough hands-on activities to help remember the whole process.
