Fi provided an incredibly fun and informative CPR session. She took what is often considered a dry and intimidating topic and presented it in a clear and engaging manner. Likewise, she built great rapport with all the participants, and we felt safe to demonstrate our competency and to ask and answer questions. I can't wait to come back for my refresher!

This was the most thorough and enriching first aid course I have ever experienced. The venue was well resourced and the educator, Emma, had the perfect mix of professionalism, humour, and life experience. Highly recommended!.

I had Pamela C for my trainer. She was excellent. She kept all of us focused and enthralled in everything she did. Any questions we had she answered very clearly. I came out of this course confident in my CPR capabilities. She's an asset to this company for sure.
